Surprise! Proud Boilermaker here.

Purdue University is primarily an engineering school, so it’s inevitable that I am pursuing BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering), right? However, beyond that, I am passionate about the major because it enables me connect - to the world, to people, and, of course, that good ol' study grind.

PCC greatly influenced my detail orientation and safety since the nature of rock climbing is, inherently, a dangerous sport. The wealth of knowledge and community that I have gained is unparalleled.

The Purdue Association for Student Study-abroad Participants and Other Recent Travelers focuses on building intercultural bridges with students of different nationalities. At the beginning of each semester I am assigned a “passport partner” and I learn about their culture and language, etc.
